All immigration advice provided by OnDemand Concierge LTD is delivered exclusively by our IAA accredited adviser, who is authorised to practise at Level 1.
We operate in full compliance with:
- The Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
- The IAA Code of Standards
- UK Data Protection legislation
Only authorised advisers within our organisation provide immigration advice. Administrative staff may assist with case preparation under supervision but do not provide independent legal advice.
We maintain professional indemnity insurance in accordance with IAA requirements.
A copy of our accreditation certificate is available upon request.
Immigration Advice & Services
OnDemand Concierge LTD provides professional immigration advice and application support in accordance with our authorisation from the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
All immigration advice is provided by our IAA accredited adviser and is delivered in line with the highest regulatory and ethical standards.
We do not guarantee visa outcomes, as all decisions are made solely by UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) or the relevant authority.
Our services may include:
- Eligibility assessments
- Visa application preparation and submission
- Document review and compliance checks
- Representation in permitted matters within our authorisation level
- Ongoing immigration support
As a Level 1 authorised organisation, we provide immigration advice and assistance in accordance with the scope permitted under Level 1 authorisation. This does not include tribunal representation or complex appeal advocacy.
We ensure that every case is individually assessed and handled with care, confidentiality and professionalism.

How to Make a Complaint

We are committed to providing a high-quality, transparent, and professional immigration service. If something goes wrong or you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, we encourage you to inform us. This helps us to improve our standards and address your concerns promptly and fairly.
2. How to Make a Complaint
You can make a complaint by:

- In person or by phone: Contact our office and ask to speak with the Complaints Officer.
Please provide the following:
- Your full name and contact details
- The name of the adviser you dealt with
- A clear description of your complaint
- Copies of any relevant documents or correspondence
3. What Happens Next?
a) Acknowledgement:
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days of receipt.
b) Investigation:
Your complaint will be investigated bya senior member of the firm who was not directly involved in your case. We aim to complete the investigation within 20 working days.
c) Response:
You will receive a detailed written response outlining:
- Our findings
- Any action we propose to take
- Your right to escalate the complaint (if unsatisfied)
4. If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with our response or the handling of your complaint, you may contact the Office of Immigration Advice Authority (IAA).
