Fees & Transparency

We believe in being clear and open about costs from the outset.

Our fees depend on the type of application and the complexity of your case. Many standard applications are offered on a fixed-fee basis, while more complex matters are quoted individually.

Before any work begins, you will receive written confirmation setting out:

- The services we will provide

- Our professional fees

- Payment terms

- Any additional costs that may apply

Our professional fees cover the advice and support we provide, including reviewing documents, preparing applications and corresponding with UKVI where necessary.

Government application fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge and any third-party services(such as translation or interpreter fees) are separate and will always be explained clearly in advance.

VAT will be applied where required under UK law.

Client Care

Before work starts, you will receive a Client Care Letter confirming the scope of our services, estimated timescales, payment terms and our complaints procedure.

We are committed to maintaining high professional standards, confidentiality and full compliance with UK data protection legislation. All regulated advisers complete Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in line with IAA requirements.

If at any time you are dissatisfied with our service, we encourage you to contact us in writing so we can resolve the matter promptly. If necessary, complaints may be referred to the Immigration Advice Authority.
